Listed below are Web City USA's Terms & Policy on content and service. Web SMS Web City USA shall provide access to its Web SMS messaging services under the following conditions. The user acknowledges that Web City USA delivers SMS messages via major telecommunications companies and wireless carriers and can therefore only influence the delivery of SMS messages within the technical constraints imposed by the wireless carriers. SMS messages submitted via Web City USA will be transferred to the addressed mobile recipient as dictated by congestion, provided that the recipient's mobile phone is switched on and located in an area covered by his/her subscribed wireless carrier. Web City USA is not responsible for any charges incurred by the recipient for messages received. This includes per kb or per message charges by their wireless carrier. Please check with your recipient first if this could be an issue. The recipient must have a text compatible mobile phone for SMS delivery. Web City USA is not responsible for un-received text messages. Currently, all SMS messages are charged the same, regardless of the network. For more info please e-mail billing@webcityusa.net. The user assumes full responsibility for the content of SMS messages transmitted. The user agrees to abide by all laws and regulations applicable to the content and intent of SMS messages transmitted by them. The user assumes liability for all consequences and costs arising out of offenses against such regulations. The user must ensure that their SMS delivery does not cause disturbance or harassment of a recipient or other third party. The user agrees to refrain from sending SMS messages containing offensive, violent, pornographic, or discriminatory, or otherwise illegal content. The user is not permitted to send SMS messages to recipients who have made clear that they do not wish to receive SMS messages or advertisements via SMS. The user agrees to indemnify and hold Web City USA, and its partners harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content the user transmit through the service, the user's use of the service, the user's connection to the service, the user's violation of our Policy, or the user's violation of any rights of another. Web Hosting Web City USA respects your privacy, and will never sell or share customer information, including e-mail and postal mail addresses. No unsolicited bulk email sent thru the system or containing a reference to a domain on our computer systems. No IRC, IRC bots and No chat room scripts. ANY content that may damage our web servers or any other web server on the Internet is prohibited. No attempts to undermine our computer systems. Customers may not use Web City USA services for any illegal purposes. Web City USA will terminate ANY account for violations. You may cancel your Web City USA account membership at anytime.
Web City USA's Web Hosting service involves registration of a new domain name, or the transfering of your current domain name to Web City USA servers. A domain name can be up to 63 characters (letters, numbers or combination) long plus the 4 characters used to identify the domain extension (.com, .net, .org). The only symbol character domain names can include is a hyphen (-) although the domain name cannot start or end with a hyphen. Spaces are not allowed in domain names. Common symbols such as asterisks (*), under scores (_), and exclamation points (!) are also not allowed.
One year registration is only $14.95. The customer understands that Web City USA will submit the request for domain registration but can not guarantee that the name will be available at the time the order is reviewed by the appropriate agency.
